Paying for Yourself
When purchasing products for yourself, you may use the self-service pre-payment options available through our website's online checkout process:
- Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB)
- U.S. Dollar Check
- Wire (Bank) Transfer or ACH Payment
To make a purchase, please find the product on our Online Catalog, click on the "Register" or "Add to Cart" button, and follow the steps to complete the online purchase process. If it's your first time visiting our website, you'll be asked to create an online account and to verify your email address. Otherwise, please log into your existing account when prompted.

If your company wishes to pay by purchase order, please use the Training Registration Form attached to this support page. Please note that purchase order payment is subject to approval, and pre-payment is required for all Plexus-provided open enrollment products.
Paying for your Team
If you need to make a purchase for one or more members of your team (but not for yourself), please complete the Training Registration Form attached to this support page. After submitting the form, our Sales and Accounting teams will be in touch with to process your order and accept your payment. You will be able to pre-pay by:

- Wire (Bank) Transfer or ACH Payment
Subject to approval, companies may also issue Purchase Orders for bulk purchases, which are typically due net-30 days and invoiced immediately. If you wish to pay by Purchase Order, please indicate that on the Training Registration Form.
