1. What if I have an issue with the loading or continuity of the exam?
You may experience a loading screen when navigating from one question to another. The exam clock is not running or removing time while questions are loading. If you experience longer than normal loading times (in excess of 2 minutes) please exit your exam by closing the browser tab/window. Your exam progress will be saved. You can then re-enter the exam and you will be brought to your most recent location.
2. What do I do if I lose connection while taking the exam?
If you lose connection during your exam, please reconnect your computer to the internet as soon as possible. A wired connection is preferred for best connectivity. Once your access has been reestablished, you may re-enter your exam and you will be brough to your most recent completed question.
3. What do I do if the exam is not showing well on my screen?
If you are not able to see the entire question on your screen, try resizing your browser window to make it full-screen by clicking the "full screen" button at the top of your browser.
4. What do I do if my exam shuts down unexpectedly in the middle of the test?
If your exam shuts down unexpectedly please exit your exam by closing the browser tab/window. Your exam progress will be saved. You can then re-enter the exam and you will be brought to your most recent location.
