Closing Out of the Exam

1. How do I know that I finished the entire exam and that my exam was successfully submitted?

After the last question in your exam, a pop up will notify you that you are exiting the timed session and ask if you would like to proceed. If you click no, you will be redirected to your exam. If you click yes, you will be taken to a conclusion screen. Your exam will not be submitted until you click "Complete Module" on the conclusion screen.

2. How long will it take to know the results of my exam?

Results will take about 2 weeks from the last day your exam is available to you. 

3. If I have not heard back regarding the results of my exam, who should I contact?

If it has been longer than 3 weeks from the last day of your course, please contact lvsupport@plexusintl.com
