2. If I took a Plexus course, how can I request a copy of my certificate?
Some of our courses are automated to upload your certificate directly to your Plexus Dashboard. Once you are logged in to your Plexus Dashboard (https://dashboard.us.plexusintl.com/dashboard), navigate to "History & Certificates" to access a copy of your certificate. If your certificate is not there, AND your course includes an exam, please reach out to lvsupport@plexusintl.com. If your certificate is not on the platform and an exam was NOT included in your course, please reach out to the training coordinator with your company. If you are no longer with that company, please reach out to lvsupport@plexusintl.com
